Country facts are easy to scatter across giant tables and hard to retain. Best Day takes a narrower approach. Each profile begins with a direct answer, adds enough regional context to make the answer meaningful, and gives readers a way to continue through related profiles or a short quiz.

The project started from a small, older collection of country facts. In 2026 it was rebuilt around a more useful editorial model: visible sources, review dates, correction routes, readable pages and a design that works on phones without making content fight with advertising.

Reference pages and learning tools.

Our current collection focuses on countries and capitals. Core geographic fields are organized into individual profiles and an explorable index. The quiz uses the same reviewed profiles, so readers can move naturally from looking something up to testing what they learned.

We deliberately avoid presenting the collection as a substitute for an encyclopedia. A capital fact is a starting point. Where a subject is disputed, changes over time, or has multiple valid interpretations, it deserves additional review and a clear note rather than a confident one-line answer.

Editorial decisions come before monetization.

Best Day may use advertising to support hosting and continued editorial work. Advertising does not determine which countries we cover, how facts are phrased, or whether a correction is accepted. Sponsored material, if introduced in the future, will be identified clearly and kept separate from reference content.
