Information you provide
The website has no account system or application database. If you choose to contact us, your device opens your email provider and sends the information directly to hello@bestday.website under your provider’s terms. Do not include sensitive information that is not necessary for your request.
Technical information
The web server may process standard request information such as IP address, browser type, requested URL, referring page and timestamp. This information can be used for security, troubleshooting and aggregate traffic measurement. Best Day does not require a user account for public content.
Cookies, analytics and advertising
The core public site can operate without advertising cookies. If Google AdSense or an analytics service is enabled, those providers may use cookies, device identifiers or similar technologies to measure usage, prevent fraud and serve or personalize advertising where legally permitted.
Google explains how it uses information from sites and apps that use its services in its partner-sites notice. Visitors can manage Google advertising preferences through My Ad Center.
Consent in the EEA, United Kingdom and Switzerland
Before personalized advertising is activated for visitors in regions where consent is required, the site operator must configure an appropriate consent platform and honor the visitor’s choices. A visual cookie banner alone is not treated as a substitute for a compliant consent mechanism.
Data retention
Best Day does not store contact submissions in the static website. Our email and hosting providers may retain messages or standard server logs according to their own retention settings and legal obligations.
Sharing
We do not sell contact-form information. Data may be processed by hosting, security, analytics or advertising providers acting under their own terms and applicable agreements. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or necessary to protect the service and its users.
Your choices
You may ask about a contact message, request correction or deletion where applicable, or withdraw a request by using the contact page. Browser controls can block or clear cookies, although doing so may affect optional site features.
Policy changes
This policy may change when the site adds tools, providers or legal requirements. The effective date at the top will be updated when material changes are published.
